How to order
Here’s how to place your order:

Step 2: Add items to your cart.
Step 3: Log in or proceed as a guest.
Step 4: Fill out your order details.
Step 5: Complete your payment.
Step 6: You’ll receive an order confirmation with your order number.

Please note: some items may require extra processing time.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped.
If you need to request a return, contact our customer care team.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by us.
If the recipient refuses the package, it will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Any fees incurred (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including size or color.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@mardimercredi.co.kr within 7 days of receiving your item.
Be sure to include the following:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
Items must be unworn and sent back with all original tags and packaging.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If the return is due to our error, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
We do not accept returns/exchanges if:
You simply changed your mind (e.g., size, color)
The item was damaged due to customer handling
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you do not see the refund on your statement, please check with your credit card provider first.
